I just saw the following videos by coincidence and man this hit really hard on my perspective of growing older. This man is 71 years old and I got such a big motivational rush after seeing him, that I just had to make my self an ab roller with stuff I have laying around in my house. It did not take long to build it, it works really well, looks very bad, but who cares! :)
Very often you can compensate the lack of equipment with a low tech high minded attitude. So check the videos out:
