Walking the plank with the push-up board

Hello everyone,
the sun is finally shining again! it´s warm and I´m bursting with energy :)
The push up board is a fantastic tool for training and active recovery. I very often just take it around with me.

I call this exercise "Walking the plank". It will get the back and abdominal muscles playing coordination with every other muscle structure in the body. Great way to train tension distribution throughout the body.

Start walking the small plank and progress to the full extension as you can.
